This is what keeps leaders trapped in their own limitations. When executives break free from this pattern, they don’t just perform better – they transform how they think, decide, and relate.

As Chairman of the Board at Dr. Bronner’s and executive coach to leaders at companies like Verizon, Facebook, SunPower, and Circle, Eric has guided hundreds of executives through the shift from ego-driven leadership to conscious impact. His approach blends business rigor with psychological insight and presence-based practice, helping leaders accelerate decision-making, build resilient teams, and scale results across their organizations. A Thought Leader at Harvard’s Institute of Coaching and TEDx speaker, he’s the author of two acclaimed books: Leadership Breakdown and The Four Virtues of a Leader.

Eric’s work is grounded in an uncommon combination of executive experience and four decades of Zen training – including a year-long solo retreat in a mountain cabin he built himself. His unique foundation allows him to see leadership breakdowns not as failures, but as invitations to a higher level of effectiveness. From his journey across Israel and South Africa to the C-suite, Eric brings a perspective that’s as practical as it is profound.

Rick Jung

Rick Jung is a chairman, independent director, CEO, and coach known for helping investors and executives identify their

strengths, align on vision, and achieve meaningful business and personal goals. Rather than leading from above, Rick leads from within—fostering honest, supportive environments that motivate teams and drive performance.

With over 35 years of experience, Rick has held leadership and board roles in early and late stage venture, private equity, and public companies in the high-tech, service, and healthcare industries. Some of these companies include CoreVitals (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), Clinicient (now WebPT), eTannahealth, and US Healthcare (now CVS). Each organization successfully scaled under his leadership, achieving strong exits and generating over $20 billion in shareholder value. From early-stage startups to PE-backed growth companies, his approach is consistent: set teams up to win and align every leader with the tools and vision to maximize their impact.

What sets Rick apart is not just his track record but how he gets there. He identifies the core problem and vision, develops scalable solutions and business models, and builds unified, purpose-driven cultures that deliver lasting results. He has a gift for turning around struggling organizations, even those lacking shared language or frameworks, by building from the ground up.
